A message from designer Polly Wheatley

It feels as though the world is changing by the day. The familiar is shifting, and we’re constantly surrounded by information that can leave us feeling overwhelmed and uncertain. In the midst of it all, I wanted to create something that brings a little beauty, joy, and meaning into your life.

Oli and Tess was born from a belief in the power of connection. Each piece is designed to be more than just jewellery. It’s something to treasure, to wear close, and to one day pass down. A modern heirloom with a story of its own. A meaningful reminder of love, achievement, friendship, or the beautiful relationship you have with yourself.

In a world that can sometimes feel disconnected, the things that bring us together matter more than ever. The Oli and Tess flower represents unity, with each petal connected to form one complete bloom. I designed it as a symbol of my own family, a family my husband and I spent years dreaming of. After experiencing many losses along the way, we were incredibly grateful to finally welcome Oli and Tess into our lives. Our family felt complete, and the flower became a deeply personal symbol of that journey.

Over time, its meaning has grown beyond our own story. Friends have gifted the flower to celebrate lifelong friendships, while others have found a special connection to a particular gemstone, choosing one that reflects their own journey, memories, or milestones.

And that’s the beauty of Oli and Tess. There is no single story, no one meaning, and no right way to wear it.
