About
There are lots of opal varieties out there but I design exclusively with the finest black and crystal opals available. Play of color is the most alluring characteristic of an opal, and it occurs in endless unique patterns and color combinations. I seek out stones for their unique beauty, natural inclusions and all and I only buy from the family owned mines that I have built relationships with over my years in business.
Shipping and Returns
For a full refund on a piece purchased on oliandtess.com, a return request must be made within 24 hours of receipt. Any requests made after 24 hours will allow for exchange only and must be made within 7 days of receipt. All U.S. orders qualify for free 2-day shipping and require a signature upon receipt. I offer overnight shipping for $85 and Saturday delivery for $110 within the United States. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of receipt.
